Refund Policy
1. Cancel Anytime
ReadMaxxing Pro subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel at any moment from your App Store subscriptions (iPhone Settings, your name, Subscriptions), or from the app via Profile, Settings, Manage subscription. After canceling, your Pro access stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, and you are never charged again.
2. Refunds
Subscriptions bought in the iOS app are billed by Apple, so refund requests for those go through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. Because the free tier can be used indefinitely and cancellation is available at all times, refunds outside Apple's process are granted at our discretion, case by case. If something went wrong (a double charge, a billing mistake, or the product failed you), contact us at koster@readmaxxing.org and we will make it right.
3. EU customers
By starting a subscription you receive immediate access to digital content and acknowledge that the 14-day right of withdrawal ceases to apply once performance has begun. Cancellation with access until the period end remains available at all times.
